I’m a mother of two and I know how challenging being a mom can be. It’s a lot of work.
As mothers, most times we are pressurised to believing that motherhood is all about sacrifice. Don’t get me wrong. Being a mom takes a lot of sacrifices. Nonetheless, mothers need to take care of themselves to feel good and make their children feel good. Otherwise, they will be exhausted and unhappy.
